If you have followed all of these troubleshooting steps and LED light is still orange, it means that you do not have internet connection. If the camera is still offline, you can factory reset your camera. You can reset your home router and/or modem.Ī) Power off the camera (unplug the camera, or hold the button down for 5 seconds until the lights turn off press it to turn it back on after about 1 minute.)ĭ) After 15 seconds power on the Modem (This allows all home devices to reconnect themselves)Į) After 15 seconds power on the Router (This allows all home devices to reconnect themselves)ģ.
